I've got a problem with my order
We're very sorry to hear that. Your dedicated account manager is on hand to help from 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. If you have a problem outside of those hours, you can submit a message through our contact form and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
I need to change or cancel my order
Not a problem! Please contact your dedicated account manager to amend or cancel your order.
Which locations does Oxwash service?
We have locations in Oxford, Cambridge, London, and Swindon and can serve businesses in the surrounding areas. We have recently opened up a route to Birmingham and will be opening new locations very soon.
